Force Analysis
As shown in the previous figure the Force (F) produced from lead screw mechanism to be able to lift Load (W), by using the triangle with theta angle.
** Consider there are two forces from right and left against the Load (W)
During mechanism operation the angle theta changes from initial value = 1 degree to increase up to the mechanism limitation, So the Force that produced from lead screw decreasing along time during operation as shown in previous figure.
